Hello, I’m Elena! I’ve been a Hairstylist and Barber for the last 18 years. I love building strong connections with my clients and helping them express their personalities through their appearance. I enjoy using my knowledge to create exactly what my clients are envisioning when they sit down in my chair. I joined the KutHaus Salon team in 2018, where I became a full Haircutter and Colorist and now specialize in unique styling and highlighting techniques such as Balayage. I am an Oligo Color Educator and attend numerous continuing-ed classes every month and travel with the KutHaus Production team as to always be knowledgeable of the best and healthiest techniques to use. I’m trained in multiple color systems and certified in Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment. When not working my magic behind the chair, I can be found at home expressing my love through cooking and spending time with my family. My passion continues to grow as well as my love for making people feel like the best version of themselves.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore I request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or less, or for which clients are a “NO-SHOW” will incur in a charge of the remaining balance, totaling in 100% of the service booked. No exceptions.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a late cancellation charge.
LATE POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “NO-SHOW” and your card will be charged for the total amount of the service scheduled.
CLIENT PROTECTION POLICY: I value your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies I hold to my clients. Should I need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 24 hours notice I will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all I can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit of 50% of your scheduled service is required to reserve any appointments, this deposit will be held and credited towards services on the day of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS: I accept all credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, however a 3% transaction fee will be added to your service balance. Zelle, ApplePay or Cash is also accepted as form of payment and can instead be used to avoid the 3% credit card transaction fee. ALL SERVICES RENDERED ARE FINAL SALE.
CLIENT SATISFACTION: If you are dissatisfied with your service please let me know immediately so that I can make any modifications and or adjustments within 1 week maximum of your service. Any period over 1 week will exceed my correction time and therefore I cannot attend to your needs.
